With this hot new release, Xiaomi is expanding its monitor lineup. Not long ago, the company introduced another high-powered monitor called Xiaomi Fast LCD Monitor, offering great specs for both avid gamers and people working with photos or video.
This monitor offers a high refresh rate, accurate colors, and minimalist bezels. And since this is a product from the Chinese giant, it can’t miss the fantastic price that will definitely surprise you.
Nice design
Xiaomi Fast LCD Monitor hits the market with a design that’s current for 2020. Slim bezels with a thickness of just 1.8 mm framing the display panel are truly elegant and give the monitor style. Dimensions are 557 × 184.8 × 475.7 mm and the weight is 4.3 kg.
The main highlight is the 24.5″ IPS LCD display with a perfectly adequate Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) resolution. Based on the name Fast LCD, you can expect an increased refresh rate too.
A great and smooth image is taken care of by the 144 Hz refresh rate. Even though it may not seem like a major parameter at first glance, anyone who has experienced the world of higher refresh rates will never want to go back.
Gamers will also appreciate the implementation of the Adaptive-Sync feature, which effectively eliminates screen tearing and stuttering. You’ll also like the low response time—just 2 ms and a viewing angle of up to 178°. In terms of picture quality, we really have nothing to complain about.
We mentioned that this machine is meant for both gamers and creators. The monitor uses Display HDR 400 technology and offers 95 % coverage of the color gamut DCI-P3. Of course, there are more professional monitors on the market, but for this price these are unmatched specs.
For the rest of the equipment, you’ll find 2x HDMI 2.0, 1x DisplayPort 1.2, a headphone jack, and a swivel system that also allows height adjustment. Thanks to its equipment, this monitor is suitable for a very wide range of people.
The price will pleasantly surprise you
Xiaomi Fast LCD Monitor is currently available only for the domestic Chinese market. Its price is set at 1499 yuan, which after conversion comes to a great 189 € / 224 $. We couldn’t ask for a better deal.
Of course, we’ll keep an eye on the global availability of this new release. If this monitor caught your attention and you don’t want to miss any updates, follow our Facebook page and subscribe to articles directly to your email inbox.
