If everything goes as planned, the Mi CC-labeled smartphone series will reach our market again under the name Mi Note. From now on, we have more detailed specifications of the CC11 and CC11 Pro devices at our disposal.

The base CC11 model will offer on the front side an AMOLED panel with a refresh rate of 90 Hz, making the smartphone use pleasantly smooth and easy on the eyes. As for the processor, under the hood we’ll find a Snapdragon 778G or Snapdragon 780G. It won’t be missing the 64 MPx main sensor or a telephoto lens either.
The more advanced sibling will come with an AMOLED display again with an increased refresh rate (either 90 Hz or more), the second most powerful chipset from Qualcomm, the Snapdragon 870, a large 1/1,3″ main sensor, and a periscope 5x telephoto lens.
The launch date for the smartphones is estimated for mid / late August, when the above-mentioned specifications will also be officially confirmed / denied. Until then, there’s nothing else left for us but to wait for more leaks—and ultimately for the actual launch.
We’ll continue to monitor the whole situation in detail, and then publish all updates on our tech portal Xiaomi Planet. If you want to find out all the important stuff first, join our friendly Facebook group and subscribe to interesting articles directly in your email inbox.
