Xiaomi has revealed new parameters for its flagship among TVs. All of this will be delivered by the Mi TV Master

The company Xiaomi is preparing a new line of flagship TVs branded as Xiaomi Mi TV Master. Now the first revealed technical specifications are coming directly from the official source.

The new series of smart TVs will aim for higher price points and ultra-premium features. In this segment, it should compete with demanding rivals—flagship models from Samsung, Sony, and LG.

Xiaomi Mi TV Master, as the new series is expected to be called, will be launched on July 2, 2020. Now several leaks are coming in at once with technical specifications for the upcoming devices.

Xiaomi Master smart TV series has recently appeared in connection with an OLED panel with a refresh rate up to 120 Hz. This TV should also offer gaming features and sound with Dolby Atmos technology. More details have not been known until today.

Technical specifications

The latest information about the upcoming products was shared by Mr. Pan, a manager at Xiaomi. The TVs should support the HDMI 2.1 standard, a remote control with NFC functionality, Dolby Vision + Dolby Atmos technologies, and also VVR (variable refresh rate) or ALLM (auto low latency).

The smart TV series will come with a 4K resolution display and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. MEMC technology won’t be missing either, along with a signal input quality up to 4K / 120 Hz. The lineup will also include a quad-core processor with A73 cores, which will support all HDR formats with a focus on true HDR.

The co-founder and CEO of Xiaomi, Lei Jun, also said that the upcoming smart flagship TV will deliver brighter and richer colors, higher picture contrast, and an overall better audio and video output. Unfortunately, further details—such as display sizes or selling prices—are still unknown.
