The Chinese company Xiaomi press conference is getting closer and closer, and at this event we should also see new smartwatches under the name Xiaomi Watch S3.
Xiaomi Watch S3: The new flagship addition
This week really won’t be short on new products from the Xiaomi brand. They will be officially unveiled at the manufacturer’s event on October 26, 2023 at 13:00 our time. However, they will be the Chinese versions of these products, which for now won’t be available on the global market.
Xiaomi has already confirmed that, in addition to the expected operating system HyperOS and the flagship devices from the Xiaomi 14 series, it’s also preparing one surprise. Specifically, it’s the new generation of smartwatches, Xiaomi Watch S3.
Modular design and HyperOS operating system
As you can see from the first leaked images, the new Xiaomi Watch S3 are mainly revamped on the design side. The most striking feature is the modular front frame that you can swap out based on your personal taste. This feature is definitely unusual in this segment.
Besides modular pieces, you’ll also be able to customize the straps and even the watch faces, which will be directly compatible with the front frame design. Thanks to that, you can build completely unique smartwatches that you won’t find anywhere else on the market. Vivid yellow or a combination of two colors, green and black? The choice is up to you.
Sales should also include different screen sizes, to suit different wrist sizes. As for the technical specs, we don’t know them yet. However, we do know that the watches should include a certain version of the new HyperOS operating system.
You can read more about the upcoming software solution from Xiaomi in our separate article, which you’ll find at the following link. But all the details about the upcoming products will be revealed in just a few days, at the official press conference of the Chinese manufacturer.
