A few days ago, Xiaomi’s wide product portfolio was enriched with a new, high-powered product. As you surely know, the Chinese giant has a truly versatile focus on the market—which is also proven by this new kitchen robot called Xiaomi Smart Cooking Robot.
The newcomer from Xiaomi is a very solid contender for the king of kitchen robots. The equipment of this device is truly interesting—you can see that yourself in the following lines. More than one hobbyist or professional cook would appreciate this helper by their side.
Premium build as a given
The Xiaomi Smart Cooking Robot doesn’t offer any compromises in terms of features. Not even its top-tier build from premium, durable materials— the internal “pot” itself is made of a three-layer stainless steel. The robot weighs 10 kilograms
In the package, besides the robot itself, there’s also plenty of additional accessories consisting of more than 10 items. Not just the amount of accessories, but also the powerful motor, high performance, and a large display make this robot a truly multifunctional intelligent assistant.
High performance, large capacity
To let you fully rely on this new “bomb” from Xiaomi in everything around the kitchen, truly powerful components had to be implemented. Maximum power 1700 W, induction heating with a maximum temperature of 180 °C, a volume of 2.2 L, and a motor with speeds per minute in the range of from 40 to 12,000—they speak for themselves.
With this robot, you can do really anything. Steaming, grinding, juicing, frying, cooking, chopping, kneading, washing, crushing, or plenty of other things—this machine handles it all with ease. The setup also includes a built-in scale with accuracy to one gram, plus a self-cleaning program.

All the features mentioned above are truly excellent, but they still lack a small dose of modern smart tech. Xiaomi decided to complement it with special AI algorithms that actively monitor and evaluate cooking time, temperature, or for example the stirring speed, plus a colorful touch 8″ display.
Thanks to the display, operating and working with the robot is much more intuitive, more pleasant, and more efficient. Xiaomi even uses the display as an electronic cookbook, since the robot offers up to 200 different recipes that are shown on the display step by step. With this achievement of modern times, anyone can become a top chef.
Price and availability
The Chinese giant introduced the Xiaomi Smart Cooking Robot in mainland China back in September, and only recently the robot appeared on the manufacturer’s Spanish website. Thanks to that, we know the official—at least Spanish—price, which is 1,199 €. The official start of sales date on the European market is not known yet.
