Xiaomi Soundbar 2.0ch: Two drivers with 15 W power plus Bluetooth 5.3
The new soundbar Xiaomi Soundbar 2.0ch has shown up just recently on Xiaomi’s official website, intended for global customers. And even though we don’t have official confirmation from the manufacturer yet, it suggests that this model is being prepared for its global launch.
As the name already suggests, the new soundbar offers a soundbar with two channels. It has no built-in or external subwoofer. Instead, it comes with a pair of Racetrack speakers, each with 15 W power (dimensions 45 x 80 mm). They are placed behind a metal grille on the front of the soundbar, which is easy to clean.
According to Xiaomi, these speakers cover a frequency range from 70 Hz to 20 kHz. On the back, you’ll find an optical digital input, a coaxial input, an SPDIF In port, and a 3.5 mm port. There’s no HDMI connector in the package, but for wireless connectivity you can use Bluetooth in 5.3.
On the right side, there are practical physical buttons for control. The box also includes a wall mount along with a set of screws.
So the speaker won’t take up space in your furniture. You’ll also find the necessary cabling, a local European mains power supply (EU Plug, 220 – 240 V / 50 – 60 Hz), as well as a brief user manual.
