AliExpress turned off the coupons and in Slovakia none of them work right now. Something’s coming that’s worth waiting for

Anyone who wanted to shop on AliExpress this week with a coupon ended up empty-handed. The validity of the last Winter Offers codes ended on 17. October at 8:59, and since then AliExpress hasn’t issued a single new coupon for Slovakia. This isn’t a punishment for Slovaks, either—our Deal Planet database that checks coupons every day doesn’t show any active code for any country as of 21. October, and it also has not one global code.

The next promo codes are expected on November 1, when, according to AliExpress’s November calendar, the 11.11 sale kicks off. It runs until November 18, and right after that comes Black Friday, which lasts until December 3. Slovak stores have already started their Black Friday, and some items are already at their lowest price—find an overview of the whole event on Heureka.

Nobody has coupons—not just Slovakia

AliExpress issues coupons by country, and each promotion has its own codes. The last October campaign, Winter Offers, ran from 13. to 17. October with codes from 2 € off when you spend over 19 € up to 39 € off when you spend over 329 €. Since then, nothing has arrived for Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, or Germany—and universal codes that otherwise work in all countries also don’t work.

That doesn’t mean discounts on products are gone—sellers still have their sale prices and their own coupons right on the product page. What’s missing is the extra basket discount, which saves you the most when you buy more. It’s a small thing for just a few euros—feel free to buy right away, but for a more expensive item, it’s worth waiting a couple of days.

What’s coming up: AliExpress November calendar

AliExpress already has a clear plan for November, and this year it split the sales into just two parts:

• 11.11: from Sunday, November 1, to Wednesday, November 18—18 full days,
• Black Friday and Cyber Monday: from Thursday, November 19, to Thursday, December 3.

Compared to last year, it’s a major change. Last year, November had its own Mega Choice Day from 1 to 8 November, and the sale starting on 11.11 began only on 11 November. AliExpress doesn’t list the exact start and end times in the calendar—last year the events switched at 9:00 our time.

Last year, the biggest coupons were during the 11.11 sale, where the ranking started at 3 € off when you spent over 15 € and ended at 110 € off when you spent over 799 €. Black Friday had a more modest ranking, from 3 € off when you spent over 18 € to 70 € off when you spent over 499 €. You can find the breakdown of last year’s 11.11 coupons in the table at the end of the article. This year’s amounts may differ, but based on last year, you can plan how much to put into one cart.

What’s worth buying right away in Slovakia?

You won’t really get great deals on big appliances from China, and some of them have exactly the lowest price on Heureka right now. The robot vacuum Xiaomi Robot Vacuum 6 Max costs today over 190 € less than its average price over the last three months. It’s sold by 26 stores, and you can find the cheapest offer via this link.

The fridge Xiaomi Mijia Side-by-Side 621L is almost 100 € below its three-month average, at the lowest price since Heureka added it to the catalog in August. Only two stores sell it—you can compare offers here. The lowest price is also maintained by the Xiaomi Mijia washer-dryer 10 kg, though it’s been on Heureka only since September.

With a TV, it’s the opposite—wait

For TVs, it’s the opposite: Xiaomi TV S Mini LED 75 (2026) is today over 110 € more expensive than it was in mid-September, when it hit its all-time low. Since mid-October, the S Pro Mini LED 75 (2026) model has also gotten more expensive. Black Friday on Heureka runs until November 27, and according to Heureka, many sellers add discounts in the week starting November 23.

So if you want to buy a TV, watch its price right now and get it when it drops back to the September level. The same goes for kettles, power banks, and other small stuff that will be cheaper from China in November. If you don’t want to wait, compare them in Slovakia here.

Where coupons work even now

AliExpress is silent, other Chinese shops aren’t. DHgate has October codes and, for example, Redmi Note 14 Pro 5G with 12 GB RAM and 256 GB storage from a Spanish warehouse with code DEALOCT45 will be €40 off, so it comes to under €231. Gshopper, meanwhile, charges new customs duty to the customer for phones, as confirmed to us in July.

How to get ready for November

• Prepare your cart in advance. Add items to your cart or wishlist now so that at the start of the sale you only need to check prices and apply the code.
• Prefer EU stock. From July 1, 2026, a flat customs duty of €3 applies in the EU for cheap shipments up to €150 from outside the union, and for mixed parcels the fee may be higher. Customs duty doesn’t apply to goods from a European warehouse.
• Combine your purchases. Coupons apply from a certain purchase amount, and one customs duty for a bigger cart is cheaper than three for small ones. In October, AliExpress in the promotion Duty Covered covered the customs duty when buying at least three items.
• Keep an eye on coupons. As soon as AliExpress releases new codes, you’ll find them in our coupon overview.
