How does the 3 % 4.5% bank transfer discount work?

Updated 2.7.2026 14:30: Gshopper increases the bank transfer discount from the original 3 % to an even more attractive 4.5 %! 

The whole process is very simple and you can handle it without any problems even without previous experience. Just pick a product, add it to your cart, and then use the usual coupon you’re used to. Next, choose the bank transfer payment option.

Your system will automatically deduct an additional 3% from the order price, so this is what’s called a stacked discount, i.e. a combined discount. This is the biggest benefit – it’s not a coupon replacement, but an extra bonus that helps you get an even better price. As an example, we list the OPPO Find X9 Ultra smartphone, where the price difference is almost €40 more – instead of €1280, you pay €1240.95 via bank transfer.

This difference is mainly due to payment gateway fees that the seller has to pay for every transaction – as soon as you pay by card, up to 3% of the amount is taken by the payment gateway itself. Since bank transfers have no additional fees and the money goes directly to the seller’s account, Gshopper can afford to waive these fees for the customer and provide an additional discount.

Simple step-by-step process

After selecting bank transfer, just confirm the order and enter all the required details. Then make the payment via your bank’s internet banking or mobile app. It’s important to enter the correct variable symbol or note, namely the order number, so the payment is assigned correctly.

If you pay in euros, you’ll use Gshopper’s European account; for dollars, it’s the USD account. After the payment is credited—usually taking 2–3 business days—the shop immediately ships the order. If you use an instant transfer, processing can be even faster.
