It’s not long ago that some specifications and renders of one of the upcoming Redmi Note 11 series smartphones for the global market—specifically the Redmi Note 11 5G model—leaked. Now the phone has gone through a well-known certification process, which revealed even more.
Some specifications were confirmed by the TEENA certification
The Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G model received TEENA certification, which reveals almost all of the specifications. The portal 91Mobiles pointed this out. This model was registered under number 2201116SC.
According to the TEENA certification, the Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G smartphone will be equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 690 processor, which will also include 5G network support, as the name itself suggests.
At the front, there will be a 6.67-inch display with Full HD resolution, AMOLED technology, and a 120 Hz display refresh rate.
We also have more specific information about the camera setup. The main camera will have a resolution of 108 MPx and it will be a Samsung HM2 sensor. It will be complemented by a 8-megapixel ultra-wide Sony IMX355 sensor. The four-camera array is completed by two 2-megapixel sensors for macro shots and background blur in portrait mode.
The smartphone will offer an NFC chip for contactless payments via Google Pay, pre-installed Android 12 together with the MIUI 13 overlay.
Charging speed will reach 120 W
A battery with the now-standard capacity of 5000 mAh can be charged with up to 120 W. Such an adapter could also be included directly in the package, along with a rubberized case.
You still need to keep in mind that these are not officially confirmed specifications by Redmi. They only give us an idea of what we can look forward to next Wednesday.
This smartphone along with others will be unveiled on January 26 at 13:00 local time. Be sure to follow this website, and right after the reveal you can look forward to our detailed article with all specifications and prices.
