This is the day when the eagerly awaited Redmi Note 14 Pro will finally see the light of day

Recently, Redmi brand CEO Wang Teng Thomas officially announced the arrival of a new Redmi Note 14 smartphone series, with a promise of a debut on the home Chinese market already within this week.

He promised it, and he delivered — and today we have the official presentation date for the smartphones. Along with this date, a few smaller details were also revealed, which are definitely worth your attention.

Today, Xiaomi’s official profile on the Chinese social network Weibo shared some interesting details about this news. The most important part, however, is the reveal date, which will take place this week on Thursday, September 26.

At this event, a pair of smartphones labeled Redmi Note 14 Pro and Note 14 Pro+ will be unveiled. Based on the published photos, the models will be slightly different in design. The key identifying feature will be the color of the camera island: on the Pro model it will blend with the device’s color, while the Pro+ model will have it completely black.

Another revealed update is that both models will come with IP66 + IP68 + IP69K resistance certification. That means the smartphones will be sufficiently resistant to water submersion, water splashes, dust ingress, and extremely high temperatures. It was also confirmed that the display will be protected by a Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protective glass.

Based on this information, a truly interesting smartphone is taking shape — and with its combination of specs and aggressive pricing, it can clearly shake up the market.
