Durable build and a quality display
The new phone is highly durable thanks to the implementation of an architecture called Redmi King Kong. The phone passed a 24-hour durability test TÜV SÜD 2m , and there is also IP68 certification. Redmi Note 14 Pro features a 6.67-inch display with 1.5K resolution (1220 x 2712 px) and, of course, an increased refresh rate of 120 Hz.
It’s an OLED panel without curved edges, boasting an 2560 Hz instantaneous sampling rate and 1920 Hz PWM dimming. Peak brightness reaches the 3000 nits mark, which is more than enough even in direct, strong sunlight. The screen is protected by a durable glass, the Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2.
Efficient components can positively impact battery life
The manufacturer has chosen the MediaTek Dimensity 7300-Ultra processor, which combines high performance with great power efficiency. Available versions include 8 GB to 12 GB of RAM and 128 GB, 256 GB or 512 GB of internal storage.
Thanks to the large, 5500 mAh solid-electrolyte battery, you can expect above-average battery life, with support for 45 W wired charging. We believe these figures won’t just look promising on paper, but will also impress in real use.
The main camera uses a Sony LYT-600 sensor with a resolution of 50 MPx and a wide aperture of f/1.5. Optical image stabilization is included to ensure sharp night shots and high-quality, stable video recordings. It’s paired with an 8 MPx ultra-wide lens with a 120-degree field of view and an aperture number of f/2.2. Finally, there’s also a 2 MPx macro camera and a 20 MPx front camera.
