Xiaomi has been far from a newcomer to the TV market for a long time. It sells under its own Xiaomi brand, but also under Redmi. After the Redmi TV A32, A43, and A50 models, a new model is now coming in – Redmi TV A65.
The biggest TV in the Redmi lineup
As the numbers suggest, this is a TV with a 65-inch screen. It’s currently Redmi’s largest display in its lineup. And even with the larger diagonal, it keeps an essential feature – a low price.
Redmi Smart TV A65 is a TV that delivers a minimalist, modern design with thin bezels. Of course, it supports 4K resolution (3840 x 2160 pixels). On top of that, it includes dynamic noise reduction for a cleaner picture, plus 2304 detection zones for better contrast.

Stereo speakers
Two stereo speakers handle the sound, delivering up to 8 W. They should provide clean, clear audio and, within the limits, also prominent bass.
A quad-core Cortex A-53 processor powers the TV, backed by 1,5 GB of RAM. Internal storage offers 8 GB of space for user data.
Android operating system with MIUI TV 3.0
You also get two HDMI and two USB ports. The TV runs MIUI for TV 3.0, which is built on the Android platform. This means you can install lots of games and apps directly from the Google Play Store. Integration with other Xiaomi smart home products is also supported.
Redmi TV A65 is already available in China at a great price
The new model starts selling in its home market in China for 2599 yuan, which is about 327 EUR / 385 USD after conversion. Given the attractive design, solid feature set, 4K resolution, and the 65″ diagonal, this is a very compelling price.
