A new Xiaomi manufacturer overlay called MIUI 12.5 is slowly appearing on the global market. After it arrived on the Redmi Note 10S, the manufacturer is also releasing it for its Mi 11 flagship model.
Unexpected debut
While the Chinese version of MIUI 12.5 reached Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra as the first device from Xiaomi’s lineup, the situation was different on the global market. The first “swallow” was unexpectedly Redmi Note 10S. Now we know that the next one in line will be Xiaomi Mi 11.
MIUI 12.5 Global has started rolling out to Xiaomi Mi 11 via its European ROM. The update itself is labeled V12.5.1.0.RKBEUXM and takes up 3,1 GB of system memory.
It’s also worth noting that this is an update in the “stable beta” phase, which means it will first be available to My Pilot program members and, if no major bugs appear, it will then be released to the rest of users.
