Xiaomi has a 27″ professional 4K monitor for the global market
Xiaomi wants to position itself among premium monitor sellers—even beyond China’s borders. The new model is coming to the global market with a professional setup in a 27″ diagonal. However, it’s a product we already know from the Chinese version under the name Xiaomi Mi Display 27″ 4K.
This monitor’s display comes with a 27″ diagonal and 4K resolution (3860 x 2160 pixels). It offers a maximum brightness of 400 nits, a refresh rate of 60 Hz, and also has a blue-light certification to reduce eye strain.
This panel comes with an excellent set of color-display technologies, such as 100 % coverage across the sRGB spectrum, 99 % in Adobe RGB, and 99 % in DCI-P3. It’s complemented by PANTONE and DisPlayHDR 400 certification as well.
When we look at the design, it’s a fairly stylish piece with minimal bezels, and a stand that lets you rotate the screen by 90°, plus manual adjustment of the viewing angle. You can control the monitor’s modes using physical buttons at the bottom, and you also get the ability to adjust colors.
The monitor is also very well equipped when it comes to connectivity. It includes the following ports:
- 1 x DisplayPort 1.4
- 1 x HDMI 2.1
- 2 x USB-A
- 1 x USB-C
- 3,5 mm audio jack
On the back of this monitor, there’s a VESA mount for attaching it to arms, along with low response time of 6 ms and a fairly reasonable weight that comes in at 6,44 kilograms.
