Xiaomi 18 Pro will be cheaper with us than leaks claimed! The first Slovak store showed prices for all 16 versions

Xiaomi 18 Pro and 18 Pro Max haven’t officially arrived in Europe yet, but the Slovak store Planeo already has them listed with prices. Unlike last week’s Italian e-shop, you’ll find both models in both memory versions here, and all four colors. One of them is blue, which according to earlier reports shouldn’t have been available in regular stores.

After entering “xiaomi 18 pro”, Planeo lists 16 phones. Each model is sold with 12 GB RAM and either 256 or 512 GB of storage, and both versions are available in black, white, red Velvet Red, and blue Cosmic Blue. In all listings, the store states CZ distribution, so they should be intended for the Czech and Slovak market. The specs also confirm it’s a global version, because the batteries have a smaller capacity than on the Chinese units.

Xiaomi 18 Pro is cheaper than the leaks claimed

A Xiaomi 18 Pro with 256 GB costs €1,399 on Planeo, and with 512 GB €1,599. The shop asks the same €1,599 for Pro Max with 256 GB, so for the price of the smaller model with 512 GB you get a larger display and a bigger battery, but only half the storage. The most expensive Pro Max with 512 GB comes to €1,779.

Two weeks ago, the YTechB site listed the base 18 Pro at €1,449 and the Pro Max with 512 GB at €1,849, as we wrote in the article about European prices. On Planeo, both versions of the smaller model are €50 cheaper, and the Pro Max with 512 GB is €70 cheaper. The Pro Max with 256 GB, estimated by Notebookcheck at €1,649, is also €50 less. Compared to prices in the Italian Epto e-shop, the Slovak prices differ by at most a few euros; only the Pro Max with 256 GB was missing there.

On the page, you’ll see regular prices. If you have a Planeo+ customer account, after signing in you’ll see a lower price in the cart—for example with 18 Pro with 256 GB 1 367,80 €, that’s 31,20 € less. We didn’t test the other versions this way, so we don’t know if the discount is the same everywhere.

The blue that was supposed to be sold only in the Mi Store

Most surprising is the Cosmic Blue shade. At the end of October, we wrote that it would be sold exclusively in official Mi Store outlets, which we don’t have in Slovakia. But Planeo carries it for both models and in both memory versions at the same price as the other colors.

The dark-blue back on the renders shows subtle sparkles, similar to the blue version sold in China. The Italian Epto didn’t have the blue at all and among the new colors it offered only Velvet Red. So Planeo is showing more colors than the single European shop that had both phones in its range earlier.

Red Velvet Red, black, and white

The Red Velvet Red has a matte back in a wine-like shade, and the clear red edition from China shares only the color. The renders also clearly show a large module with the rear display, where the clock is lit.

Black and white appeared in all the leaks, so don’t expect a surprise here. The black version has a dark-gray back and frame, while the white one has a silver frame with the white back.

With the same storage, all four colors cost the same—whether it’s the smaller model or the Pro Max.

Pro Max has the same colors and differs from the smaller model only with a larger body and the camera module.

What the product card reveals

Planeo also published detailed specs that match what the EU energy labels already showed. Xiaomi 18 Pro has a 6,000 mAh battery and charges at 90 W; Pro Max got 7,050 mAh and 100 W. The Chinese versions, meanwhile, have 7,000 and 8,500 mAh. We already wrote about smaller batteries in the global versions back in September.

The smaller model has a 6,4-inch display and a 2,7-inch screen at the back. Pro Max 6,9 and 2,9-inch, both with a refresh rate of 120 Hz and brightness up to 4 000 nits. They’re powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6, which in Pro Max is listed as Extreme in the store. Xiaomi 18 Pro weighs 199 g and Pro Max 232 g. Both have IP68 rating, eSIM, UWB and wireless charging, and the store lists energy class A.

In the package (per the store) you’ll find a cable, a protective film, and a SIM ejector pin, but the adapter is missing. At the back there are three cameras: a main sensor of 200 Mpx and 3,2x optical zoom, and up front there’s a selfie camera with 50 Mpx.

When are you getting it?

You can’t order it yet because the cart after adding it reports that the product is currently unavailable, and on the page the phone is listed as sold out. Xiaomi confirmed the global launch of the 18 Pro series for November, but the exact date has not been announced yet.

In China, the 18 Pro with 256 GB costs 5 999 yuan (roughly 800 €) and the Pro Max with 512 GB is 7 999 yuan (roughly 1 070 €). In Slovakia, you’ll pay about €600 to €710 more. However, the Chinese version doesn’t have full Slovak in the system, nor preinstalled Google services, and the warranty for those is handled by the seller, as we broke down in the transparent edition with 1 TB.
