Do you still remember the buzz around the first renders of the supercar from Dreame? The internet was flooded with comparisons to Bugatti Chiron back then, along with criticism that it was more copying than design. But the reality at CES 2026 is noticeably different.

The flagship supercar from Kosmera still uses dramatic curves and aggressive aerodynamics, but this time it feels more mature and original.

It's not just about design. Dreame showed these cars at CES 2026

The front end stands out with a distinctive “horseshoe” in the center, complemented by massive twin cooling vents on the sides. The bumper is designed to actively work with airflow — it is channelled toward the sides of the body and at the same time cools the hardware hidden beneath the surface.

From the side, it's a classic sports car: a low nose, sharply slanted A-pillars, and a smooth roofline. Hidden door handles, five-spoke wheels, and yellow brake calipers make it clear that this isn't just a showy concept, but a serious performance machine.

The rear end relies on the now-popular full-width light bar, but the real stars here are the huge diffuser and the prominent rear wing. These are exactly the kind of details that tell you this car wants to spend time on a track, not just in front of a hotel in Monaco.

1 903 horsepower, four motors and big ambitions

According to information from Chinese sources, the Kosmera supercar is set to offer up to 1,903 horsepower. Yes, you read that right. Each wheel has its own electric motor with an output of roughly 476 horsepower. Dreame is aiming for an extreme goal — a power-to-weight ratio of 1:1, a figure even established manufacturers can only dream of.

The base is a chassis made from composite materials used in aviation, complemented by 3D printed structural elements. The result is supposed to be exceptionally high torsional rigidity. The icing on the cake is an active suspension with linear electric motors, which can switch between a comfort setup for normal roads and an extremely stiff track mode.

In addition to the supercar, Dreame also showed a second model from the Kosmera family — a high-performance electric sports car with a distinctive front fascia, vertical chrome elements, and slim lights. It feels a bit more civil, yet still aggressive and confident. Wide fenders, large multi-spoke wheels, and a pronounced rear diffuser clearly suggest that performance is still the priority here.

The true technological manifesto, however, is the Nebula Next 01 concept. This four-door electric sedan, with a body combining 2,000 MPa steel and carbon fiber, achieves torsional rigidity of more than 45,000 Nm/deg. For comparison, the Porsche Taycan has about 42,000 Nm/deg. A drag coefficient of just 0.185 Cd really sounds more like a figure from a wind tunnel for a racing prototype than for a road car.

Here too we find four electric motors with a total output of 1,903 horsepower, acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 1.8 seconds, and a Super Boost mode that temporarily increases power by another 30%. Torque at the wheels of almost 23,000 Nm is already a number that deserves respect.

Which of all this will actually become reality?

Nebula Next 01 remains a concept, so we probably won’t see series production anytime soon. Dreame, however, openly says it wants to launch production electric vehicles in 2027. It’s highly likely that Kosmera models will be the first to truly leverage these technologies.

The whole story of Dreame and Kosmera fits perfectly into the bigger picture of China’s EV scene. Brands that we used to see only as consumer electronics makers are now stepping into the world of sports cars without any hesitation. And while it’s still smart to keep a healthy dose of skepticism, CES 2026 made one thing clear—this time, the Chinese mean it.
