Our favorite Chinese company Xiaomi is preparing its upcoming software update under the name MIUI 13.1. It’s truly right around the corner, and we also have a list of the first 43 devices that this update will reach.
These are the devices that will receive the MIUI 13.1 update.
As many of you may remember, on August 1, 2022 Xiaomi surprised us by unveiling a new version of its custom interface called MIUI 13.1. This ROM was released mainly to test the latest beta version of Android 13 on flagship devices Xiaomi 12 Pro and Xiaomi 12.
However, it seems Xiaomi is very close to finishing these tests, and soon we’ll see the final version intended for end users.
A verified Xiaomiui source has published a complete list of more than forty devices from the Xiaomi ecosystem that will receive an update to this new version within the next few weeks up to the next few months. We probably won’t get the expected MIUI 13.5 release, but after 13.1, another major software update labeled MIUI 14 will arrive.
We currently don’t know the exact release date or the regions targeted for distribution of MIUI 13.1. It’s expected to roll out in the first wave for the China ROM. Later, after some time, the global ROM will follow, also aimed at European customers.
