240 or even 360 Hz?
As we wrote earlier, the Chinese giant plans to unveil a gaming monitor/monitors on Singles Day, featuring a high refresh rate. So far, it’s not clear whether it will be one monitor or multiple.
Based on the available information, it will be a gaming monitor with a 240 / 360 Hz refresh rate or more devices with high refresh-rate values. From the frequency values, it’s clear it won’t be just ordinary office monitors.
The new Xiaomi monitors should come with an IPS display panel, which is ideal especially for gamers and people who need accurate and realistic color reproduction. The screen size should be 24.5″, which is a great diagonal.
The price of the new monitor at launch should be 999 yuan, 124 € / 147 $. For this kind of specs, that’s truly an excellent price—and we’re already eagerly waiting for more details to be revealed.
