This week was packed with variety in Xiaomi products. The company introduced a gaming beast Black Shark 2, a new generation of the cheapest smartphone Redmi 7, a robotic vacuum cleaner Roborock T6, a folding electric bike HIMO C20, or a smartphone in the design of classic button phones Qin 1S+.

Laptop pads for better cooling
Efficient cooling is important for laptops. Xiaomi also has this in mind and has introduced a handy upgrade for laptop owners. Magnetic cooling stands made by the little-known startup Hagibis. Basically, it’s two simple stands that you place under the back of your laptop.
The laptop can be tilted to a multi-level 15 angle, creating enough space for better airflow. And not only that. Thanks to the tilt, you’ll also find it more comfortable to type on your laptop. The stands themselves are magnetically connected to each other, so when carrying, you shouldn’t end up with one of them getting somewhere lost.
On both sides, the stands are covered with high-quality silicone that prevents slipping on the desk. The total weight of both stands combined is just 50 grams. On the Chinese market, their price is a great 39 yuan, i.e. €5 / 135 CZK.
So far, only one seller has added the new product to the listings—Banggood, the well-known one. It can’t be ordered yet, but they’ve set a pre-order price at €11 / 297 CZK.
Deerma shoe dryer
Deerma is a fairly well-known brand in Xiaomi’s portfolio. They focus mainly on home appliances. In their lineup you can currently find, for example, air fresheners, a toaster, and also stick vacuum cleaners. The new thing from this startup is a shoe dryer with the exact marking Deerma DEM-HX20.
The main function of this device is, surprisingly, drying shoes. This happens with air at a constant temperature of 65°C. Up to two pairs of shoes can be dried at once, thanks to a pair of flexible hoses. It can dry any type of shoes – from leather boots to classic sneakers.
The price on the Chinese market is 199 yuan, which is €26 / 675 CZK after conversion. We’ve already found the product in the listings of a well-known seller, Gearbest, but this time they really marked it up. They offer it for €65 / 1645 CZK. If you’re interested in this product, we recommend waiting before buying. A much more interesting offer should appear soon.
Premium Bluetooth earbuds 1MORE
The 1MORE brand is also well known in Xiaomi’s product portfolio. They produce very high-quality earbuds, both wired and wireless. The newest addition is sports wireless earbuds with active noise cancellation. In their home China, they’re priced at 799 yuan, which equals €105 / 2710 CZK after conversion.
The price tag already tells you they’re not just average earbuds. And that’s exactly the case. They’re made for demanding users who care about high-quality sound. Even though they’re in-ear earbuds, when you listen to music, the people around you definitely won’t be bothered. High-quality HD noise reduction will take care of the best music experience.
The interesting thing is that you can also “convert” these headphones to wired. The package includes not only a cable with a 3.5 mm jack, but also a USB Type-C connector. The manufacturer also thought of users with modern smartphones, where you won’t find a classic jack.
